Basic network configuration

I'll install and configure a router to separate your "internal" network from the internet, adding a necessary layer of protection from intrusion. I'll set up any wireless devices to connect to your network securely and I'll configure your PCs to share folders and printers.

Remote control

If you need to access your PC while you're away, no problem! I'll install VPN (virtual private network) software and remote control software on your PCs so you can securely "drive" your home PC from your laptop or other machine. Knowing how easily laptops can be "lost" while on the road, this is a great way to protect your valuable personal data.

Online backup

If you don't have a backup plan, what are you planning? Unless you use your machine for nothing but internet browsing, you must take a secure backup of your data regularly. Mozy (see the banner ad on the right) offers online backup of up to 2GB of data - FREE. My PC Therapist is happy to help you with your backup solution.
